I'll say it...THE BEST DENTAL OFFICE IN NYC!!! They have given me so many reasons to remain true. Here recently my husband had an emergency...was in severe pain. I went to Armstrong Dental Studio first thing in the morning and they took care of everything, even though he didn't have an appointment until the night before. They are so courteous and caring. We always have an amazing visit and always looking forward to the next time. Dr. Armstrong always seems so happy to see us and takes time to ask about how things are going. The front desk team is always very friendly and I have no clue how they remember all of our names. It just shows their dedication to customer service. I soooo adore this place!!! Check them out and you will not regret it.

Dr. Shahin was very personable and took care of my issue efficiently. He is very friendly and professional and I would definitely return. His dental assistant is also very pleasant. The young woman who does the x-rays, very warm and greeted me as soon as she walked in the office. What does need help however; is the front desk staff. I was not greeted warmly, the young lady exhibited no customer service skills at all. She was not pleasant, no smile at all. Just kind of stared at me for a few before I said " good morning". With some proper training, this can all be turned around.

He has a great website, and the information provided led me to call the office for an appointment. I asked if they accepted my insurance, and they did. Dr. Kalyanaraman is so friendly. He treats his patients like family. He performed the examination and clearly explained to me what needed to be done. He allowed me some time to consider the options he presented, and he was supportive of my choice. I really like Dr. Kalyanaraman and his staff, and I’m sure you will too.

Dr. Grinberg and the assistant are very kind, gentle, and friendly. I recently moved and was worried about finding a new dentist in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn, but this place is great, and I look forward to coming back. I felt very comfortable here, and they treated me like a person rather than just another mouth in their chair. They explain everything thoroughly, including what options you have so that you can make an educated decision when it comes to your dental health. This place is awesome. Dr. Shcheglov and his staff are wonderful. It is a very relaxing atmosphere, and they are all friendly and easy to talk to. I’ve had a lot of work done this year and they’re always willing to talk me through everything step-by-step from care, treatment, and financial. They have the option of care credit, which is great. I’ve done Invisalign with them, and am happy with how my teeth look.

I’m very fortunate to have discovered Dr. Sandhu and Queens Dental Care. I’ve been to 3 dental offices in 3 years, but I’ve found my dental home. The first dentist I went to chipped my tooth during a cleaning and wouldn’t even admit it. I didn’t even know he’d chipped my front tooth until I got to my car. I went back in, and he fixed it, but that fix recently fell off. Other places charged way too much to fix it. I went to Queens Dental Care. The entire staff was kind, informative, and helpful. They are also very affordable. I’m a hairstylist, so I appreciate other “artist.” Dr. Sandhu is one such artist. I said the fixed tooth was beautiful. She and I are both proud of her work. Dr. Ames is the best dentist in Jackson Heights ! Bedside manner is exceptional, and all questions / concerns are answered in great detail. I’m a regular patient at Soft Touch, but I usually only go in for routine cleanings. But this time I was in a lot of pain and needed help. I called on a Tuesday during after-hours and they got me in the next morning at 7:30 a.m.. The staff was very kind and gentle with me. Dr. Normatov has a very comfortable office. She is very caring and kind. I actually fell asleep in the chair, that’s how comfortable I was. She provides excellent care. I have zero pain now, and I didn’t have any pain while she was working on me. I can’t thank Dr. Normatov and her staff enough.

She performed a root canal procedure for me, and it was painless. She was very patient and did a great job explaining what needed to be done. I greatly appreciated that she was willing to listen to my sob stories about my previous dental experiences and then informed me how to fix the issues. She has a very positive and gentle disposition. She's also good at administering more anesthetic if it is needed. The company that she uses for crowns also does a great job. I had a previous crown that was very poorly made. The quality of this one was significantly better. Plus, it fits much better too. Dr. Murphy genuinely wants to help her patients rather than just help herself by making more money. She doesn't pressure you do you get services you don't really need. If she says you have a cavity, then you actually have a cavity. I love this worry-free environment. Lastly, Dr. Murphy and her team at Radiance Dental have been helping me navigate the maze that is insurance coverage. They deserve all the stars possible!

All in all, she was so sweet and authentic, and she really cares about her patients. She, her office, her team, and her chairside manner are the best in the business! I’ve been a patient at Hamilton Smiles for over a year now, and I love it. You never have to wait here. I trust Dr. Goyal and her staff completely, with anything from a root canal to a cleaning. They have TVs in all the rooms, I was able to watch my favorite movie while getting my teeth cleaned. I can tell the staff really love their job and enjoy working there.
