I had a few awful experiences with dentists when I was younger, which caused me to have very high anxiety in regard to dental offices. Just recently, I started experiencing some pain, and I knew I had to either toughen up and schedule the appointment or live with it. Finally, my partner dragged me to their dentist Dr. Rafya Sandhu at the Westbury Smile Center. I was somewhat worried that my teeth were in horrible shape since it has been years since I have been seen. Dr. Sandhu and her staff reassured me everything was going to be ok, and that it's not nearly as bad as I thought it was. The entire team went out of their way to make me feel comfortable during my visit. I have a feeling that if Dr. Sandhu was my dentist when I was kid, I wouldn’t have so much anxiety or have neglected my teeth as I did. As it turned out, I had some cavities, and they fixed them up quickly. I was also in need of proper scaling. I plan on making this location in Westbury, NY my place for all of my dental needs. I also really enjoy the reminders they send out; it's hard to remember them with my busy schedule. If you are looking for a dentist that takes away your anxieties, this is the office for you!

How can anyone honestly give a dental office five stars? Well, I can! It would be impossible not to give them five stars for how good of a job they did. The entire experience was pleasant and comfortable. Dr. Kaufman and his staff are the best in Uniondale, New York. The receptionist you a great job making the scheduling process very easy. The assistants are always professional and Incredibly kind. Dr. Kaufman runs a very efficient office, but his work is meticulous, and he interacts very positively with his patients. I appreciate the warmth that I feel every time I have an appointment. It's nice to feel such respect. I love the staff here so much that I have already referred multiple family members and friends to Dr. Kaufman's practice and will continue to do so. The office is clean, and they have a nice waiting room. I highly recommend this office!

I recently moved to Levittown, NY, but after doing my research I am happy I found a great dentist. Island Smile Dental is great. The front office person is very knowledgeable, caring, and professional. I have my first appointment next week, and I am actually excited about it. Dr. Afridi and his staff are so kind and friendly. My daughter and I had appointments scheduled, and we both loved it. They put us at ease, and my dental hygienist was so professional. She was so sweet and told me what she was doing. Dr. Afridi was awesome, too. I was thankful that they checked when our last X-rays were to figure out if there would be any insurance discrepancies. Going to BH Franklin Dental has cured me of my lifelong fear of dentists. I’ve gone YEARS without seeing a dentist. However, since I had kept my dental insurance, I decided to find a better dentist than the one I had previously been to. I went to BH Franklin Dental for a checkup and cleaning. The office has a convenient location, and the staff makes scheduling an appointment very easy. The hygienist who took care f me cleaned my teeth and took a set of X-rays. She was very patient and gentle, which helped ease my anxiety. I opted to invest in teeth whitening. They took impressions that day. I was able to pick up the kit the next day and was thankful for the thorough instructions I received. They even followed up with me, thanking me for coming in. I may not like going to the dentist, but Dr. Babayev and BH Franklin Dental make it a whole lot easier to maintain a beautiful smile.

I hate the dentist, but Dr. Hassid made me feel very comfortable. I walked in one day, extremely nervous and on the verge of walking out. While on vacation, I was experiencing some discomfort due to having seeds/food stuck in my gums. I looked online and realized Dr. Mangiaracina was open on Monday. I called a couple minutes into their hours of operation, and thankfully, they were able to fit me in. We were back on the road in less than an hour. I was so sensitive that even getting slightly bumped in the shoulder would cause severe pain. They really listened to my concern, and never bumped me, even though they were working on me for an hour. I’ve only been here for a checkup but I’m already very impressed with Big Apple Dental. I was running late, so they only had time for the checkup and told me to come back for the cleaning, but I still can’t believe how caring they were, they really took time to listen to my questions and concerns. The dentist in Wyandanch was very thorough when he went through my x-rays, he explained everything that was going on with my mouth. The hygienist was great too, he went through everything with me, and especially explained the effects of my teeth grinding to me. I never knew I grind my teeth at night, but it helped me realize the cause of a lot of the issues I was having with my teeth. The staff could tell I was anxious so they tried to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Everyone there was very detail oriented and caring. I love this place, and I am actually looking forward to going back, which is weird to say about the dentist.

I’ve been a patient here for a long time, but I just had my first filling ever done. I almost made it 25 years without one. Getting a filling was easier than getting a tattoo, which is something I couldn’t believe. The dentist and the dental assistants were gentle. My comfort was their top priority. My appointment was with Dr. Isakharov. The office was clean and the staff was very welcoming. I felt they were very thorough and gentle and also very good about educating me on what was happening and how I could care for my gums and teeth better. Dr. Isakharov was friendly and seemed to genuinely care about my dental health. The exam and cleaning wasn’t rushed or pushy. Overall, the experience was excellent and I have had 3 cleanings in total. Highly recommend!

A co-worker recommended Dr. Thomopoulos when I moved to Rego Park in 2017, and I love it there. They truly care about their patients and make sure your comfortable when you’re getting your dental work done. A filling that was less than 6 months old broke one day and I was able to schedule an appointment with them almost immediately. The hygienists are very nice and easy to talk to. The hygienist seems to truly care about my health, she has given me a lot of advice on how to make sure my teeth stay healthy and how to avoid plaque and tartar build up in troublesome areas. Normally, I don’t write reviews, but I felt that I had to tell everyone how wonderful Dr. Azbel is. After moving to Rego Park, I needed a new dentist. I turned to online reviews, and I hope that by writing this I’m paying it forward to someone else who needs a dentist. I had a thorough but painless appointment, and I got to listen to music in my headphones as they worked. That was pretty sweet. The appointment felt like it took no time at all. The whole staff is kind, and they clearly love their jobs. The billing staff does a great job working with you to explain the cost of treatment plans. They are great at answering questions, too! I’m a fairly new patient here, but I already love Dr. Aknouk. I’ve never had to wait, and when I had to bring my kids with me the team loves to keep them busy. Dr. Aknouk is kind and professional. He goes over my options with me going over the pros and cons of the different treatment plans. He also helped me figure out that I am allergic to certain crowns, which helped me get rid of my cold sensitivity. He is affordable and whenever I call about dental problems they’re able to get me in on the same day. I can’t recommend this place enough, especially if you need a dentist in the Bronx.

I’d been struggling with a very painful infected tooth for multiple days. A good friend of mine recommended Dr. Cukier. I called the office earlier that morning and was able to be seen in less than an hour. The staff was polite, kind, and professional. They did an X-ray and consulted with me, showing me my X-rays and how the infection had spread. Dr. Cukier prescribed an antibiotic and painkiller. He sent me home to rest, and I went back a week later to have the tooth worked on. Dr. Cukier had a wonderful attitude. He was so friendly and professional. I’ll be sending some of my friends his way for sure! Thank you, Dr. Cukier and the staff at Glendale Dental.

Going to the dentist is a pretty darn terrifying no matter who you are, but Dr. Ames is as good as it gets. I've gone for regular cleanings, fillings, as well as wisdom teeth extractions, and each time they make sure to explain everything in detail, constantly checks in on how you're feeling. I’ve never been made to feel guilty about cavities, and most importantly: Dr. Ames has a much-needed sense of humor to bring down dentist anxiety. Passion for the job is clear (they seem to genuinely enjoy it). QUEENS CENTRAL DENTAL is good with people of all ages and backgrounds, so it really feels like they care about each of their patients and the Jackson Heights community. Of course, the staff is also all very professional! Highly, highly recommended. :)

Queens Dental Care is incredibly great, and I can’t say enough about this dentist! Dr. Sandhu is so welcoming, and all the ladies at the front desk are so kind. I came in on a Friday at 9:00 am with my dentures broken, and I had them fixed by 11:30 am on Saturday. It was phenomenal work. My dentures fit perfectly. I highly recommend to anyone needing dental work because good doctors are hard to find like this nowadays.

I didn't know what to expect going to the dentist in the US, I just moved here from Russia and to my surprise it was great. I made an appointment for the earliest time available. Came in with little to almost no wait time and was able to explain my situation/tooth concerns without feeling uncomfortable. I never once felt judged or pressured into making any decision. After my appointment, the doctor went over with me a personalized treatment plan they had drafted to decide what should be done next. I will definitely be back soon.

I love Dr. Minkowitz. I’ve gotten a cleaning and a cavity checkup done here. My teeth look great. They do allow walk-ins and they have business hours that work with my busy schedule so that I could come in at 6pm after work. They don’t always require appointments, and you don’t have to wait long when you’re here. I recommend it to all searching for a good dentist in Maspeth, NY. Can't go wrong here.

I brought my son into the dentist for the first time today. I was very anxious about it, but he did great! Everyone was gentle and caring with him. This dentist office in the Bronx is beautiful and has a very comfortable atmosphere. The dental hygienist was very kind. She was very nice to my son, and he had a blast with her. Dr. Yakobashvili was professional, knowledgeable, and very kind to my son, and even sang him songs to help him relax. I actually couldn’t get my son out of the chair, he was so comfortable. This is a wonderful dentist in Melrose.

I had the most pleasant experience at Dr. Borgella’s dental office today. The whole staff is nice and accommodating. I haven't been to a dentist in over 12 years. The dental assistant and the dentist, Dr. Borgella, made me feel very comfortable. We laughed a lot talking through treatments. I didn't feel judged about the condition of my teeth, or for not having seen a dentist for so many years. They gave me a wonderful gift bag full of useful items; it's a great gesture that made me feel special. The cost of my treatment was more affordable than I thought! I'm going back on Monday to have a broken tooth capped. Dr. Borgella took a lot of time explaining the results of my x-rays. He even removed a popcorn shell that had inflamed my gums and prevented me from eating solid food for a couple of days. Overall, an incredible experience, highly recommend Dr. Borgella DDS in the Bronx .

This place is awesome. Dr. Shcheglov and his staff are wonderful. It is a very relaxing atmosphere, and they are all friendly and easy to talk to. I’ve had a lot of work done this year and they’re always willing to talk me through everything step-by-step from care, treatment, and financial. They have the option of care credit, which is great. I’ve done Invisalign with them, and am happy with how my teeth look.

Dr. Wert is a great dentist in Washington Heights, NY. Everyone here, from the receptionist to the hygienist, is kind and easy to talk to. My appointment went longer than expected, but I didn’t mind because it gave me time to meet the staff and understand what they do in the office thoroughly. Dr. Wert listened to my questions and concerns, and he answered them thoroughly. He has a relaxed attitude, which I loved. The office is brand-new and has the latest and greatest in technology. You get to see your x-rays right way on a flat screen monitor from the dental chair. Dr. Wert spoke to me honestly and told me I need to floss more, which is something I already knew. The hygienist was also great, and I just had overall wonderful service. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment.

I’m very happy with the dental service I got today. They provide quality work, and everyone there is very kind. My husband has a different dentist in the East side Lower Manhattan, but I might convince him and take him in. That’s how good they are. Dr. Armstrong and the assistant were both very kind. I had a dental emergency and when I got there I only had to wait 5 minutes. I was surprised I was able to get into the chair that fast when I hadn’t made an appointment in advance. I will be moving to soon, but I’m thinking about making them my permanent dentist and making the long drive. I have a cleaning coming up and I’m very excited for it.

Shay Dental is the only place I’ve been able to take my teenage daughter who is terrified of the dentist. Dr. Shay was so kind to him and calmed his nerves as soon as he stepped foot in the office. He patiently explained every step of the process and checked on how he was doing. Dr. Shay said we could even come back for a second cleaning visit if need be. The moment I saw my daughter smiling as she walked out of the dentist's office, I knew we had found the one. The next day, Dr. Shay followed up with a sweet note telling my daughter how well he did. It was so thoughtful! Now, the rest of my family will be going to visit Dr. Shay! Three cheers for the absolute best dentist in New York!

Wow!! This place is wonderful The staff is personable and kind. I’ve put off going to the dentist for a long time, but I finally came when I was having pain in one of my back teeth. I needed a root canal with a crown. Dr. Kalyanaraman at G.K. Raman DDS, Brooklyn, NY explained how everything would go and why it was important to get it done. Everything turned out great, and I am no longer having any pain because of that tooth. I have to go back in about a week or two to finish up the treatment, and I’ll continue going to Dr. Kalyanaraman’s office for my cleanings and other dental work. Thank you so much, Dr. Kalyanaraman! All of your staff members are incredible!

I can’t say enough good things about Smile by Choice. They do great work and are great people. This dentist office in the Upper West Side, Manhattan was right down the street from my office, and so I started going here about 3 months ago. I now work downtown Manhattan, but I still come here for the great dental service. I love going to my cleanings twice a year. I’ve never missed a dental appointment. Smile by Choice is very high quality dentistry in New York, NY. They have vaulted ceilings that let in natural light, the latest and greatest in technology, and an awesome staff that is very nice and easy to talk to. Going to the dentist can often seem like a chore, but this class makes it easy and even dare I say enjoyable. You’ll always feel like you got the best cleaning here, which is often not the case. And it’s never painful. Scraping tools can often be unpleasant, but they use an ultrasonic cleaning method that is very calming. They even give you a warm towel when you’re done with your cleaning, which seemed very first class to me!

We just came back after a short hiatus, and they made some improvements to the office. We ended up traveling around 30 miles one way to see Dr. Madelon Murphy at Radiance Dental. The way her staff greets us when we walk in the door to the moment we check out it feels like a family. And, they are always so punctual. We started out with the x-ray tech, who was very personable and kept us smiling with his jokes. You just cannot ask for better staff. The hygienist has to be the best in Scarsdale, NY. They took a few extra minutes to go over my habits and how to improve my dental health at home. If you haven't been by this location, do yourself a favor and do so. You will love how clean and well organized this dental practice is.

Dr. Lerner and his staff are incredible. They became my dental practice after I had my wisdom teeth removed here. One day, I came in because I was in a lot of pain. They discovered that I had cavities that needed to be taken care of and that I needed a root canal. I decided to look elsewhere to see if I could find a lower price. However, after searching multiple dental offices, I realized that I would not find anything that compared to Dr. Lerner. I went back for the recommended care and have been very satisfied with the results.

I always feel at home at Dr. Grinberg’s office. Everyone is kind and they’re great with my kids. I’m so glad they’re willing to entertain my kids when I have to bring them to appointments. They’re very kind, knowledgeable, gentle, and thorough. Dr. Grinberg’ is the greatest dentist in Brooklyn. I”m so glad I found my family dentist in Sheepshead Bay, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good dentist.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sebold for over a year could not be more satisfied. When entering the office for the first time it was incredibly pleasant. Dr. Sebold’s dental office has never had a wait time and the hygienists are extremely professional and pleasant. Dr. Sebold doesn't try to push unnecessary upsells and the dental filling procedure was painless. The support staff bill accurately, and always check in advance on procedures to make sure your insurance will cover everything. I can't say enough about this great dentist as I don't have to even think about looking for another dentist. I searched for years for a dentist like this, and haven’t found a better option in Brooklyn .

Dr. Amir is heaven sent! I called around and got ridiculous prices on consultation fees, then I found Dr. Amir! During my first appointment, Dr. Amir explained each procedure I could get done for my chipped teeth. I felt it was explained honestly and thoroughly about bonding, veneers, and porcelain crowns. And the cost was much less than I’d been quoted at other places. I cannot explain how grateful I am to have met this dentist! For sure the best in the Brooklyn area!

C K Galdieri has an amazingly friendly staff. Clean and well organized just begin to describe office. Dr. Galdieri did my exam and was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They gave me the REAL truth about my dental health. I'm glad I didn't believe those other frauds in Elmwood Park who claimed I needed $15k worth of work. Dr. Galdieri said I didn't need any of the things that those others said I would need – no upsells, straight forward and incredible service.

I was lucky to find Dr. Perry when I moved to Medford. Like most, I have had horrendous experiences with dentists in the past. His office is clean and organized, and the staff are all friendly and professional. Definitely in a league of their own! Scheduling was easy peasy, and I always love my visits! I usually hate going to the dentist and had avoided it for a long time. But when I finally went I went to see Dr. Kucher because I heard he did awesome implants, which was something I thought I needed. He and his staff were very gentle. They went through everything with me and he gave me a pamphlet that explained everything. I decided to make an appointment because of how kind they all were when I just walked in. His top priority was making sure I was comfortable and that I was in zero pain. It went by really quickly and the implants look wonderful. I feel very confident in my smile now. I would recommend this place to anyone in Livingston, NJ.
