They went through everything with me and he gave me a pamphlet that explained everything. I decided to make an appointment because of how kind they all were when I just walked in. His top priority was making sure I was comfortable and that I was in zero pain. It went by really quickly and the implants look wonderful. I feel very confident in my smile now. I would recommend this place to anyone in Livingston, NJ.

I am so excited to report that I have found my regular dentist. I absolutely love Dr. Lerner's office. Everyone on staff is so sweet! Typically, when I would go to the dentist, I would experience pain from all the poking and prodding and would end up with a massive bill for fillings or crowns. However, Dr. Lerner is different. I got an implant, and it was done in just 10 minutes. I felt no pain whatsoever. That was an absolute first for me. I have never had a painless dental visit in my life. The hygienist who did my cleaning was amazing. She had such a great personality--making me laugh and easing my anxiety. I cannot imagine going anywhere else.

I had such a great time at my first appointment with Shay Dental. My check-up and cleaning were with Dr. Shay. Dr. Wert is a great dentist in Washington Heights, NY. Everyone here, from the receptionist to the hygienist, is kind and easy to talk to. My appointment went longer than expected, but I didn’t mind because it gave me time to meet the staff and understand what they do in the office thoroughly. Dr. Wert listened to my questions and concerns, and he answered them thoroughly. He has a relaxed attitude, which I loved. The office is brand-new and has the latest and greatest in technology. You get to see your x-rays right way on a flat screen monitor from the dental chair. Dr. Wert spoke to me honestly and told me I need to floss more, which is something I already knew. The hygienist was also great, and I just had overall wonderful service. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment.

This place is awesome, I always feel comfortable when I’m here. The entire staff and Dr. Aknouk are great. You can really tell they love their jobs. I’ve had Dr. Aknouk put in my gold inlay replaced my old silver fillings with porcelain computer-made filling. They’re both very friendly. I had an emergency a couple months ago when my daughter had her front tooth knocked out and Dr. Aknouk came in on his day off to do a root canal on her. I’m a regular patient at Soft Touch, but I usually only go in for routine cleanings. But this time I was in a lot of pain and needed help. I called on a Tuesday during after-hours and they got me in the next morning at 7:30 a.m.. The staff was very kind and gentle with me. Dr. Normatov has a very comfortable office. She is very caring and kind. I actually fell asleep in the chair, that’s how comfortable I was. She provides excellent care. I have zero pain now, and I didn’t have any pain while she was working on me. I can’t thank Dr. Normatov and her staff enough.
