Dr. Palmer graduated from Northwestern University in Chicago in 1979 before returning to sunny Southern California, where he has been practicing dentistry on the Westside of Los Angeles for more than 30 years. He is proficient in all aspects of general dentistry, with specialized training in implants and cosmetic dentistry.

Outside of his practice, Dr. Palmer enjoys playing golf, restoring classic cars, and spending time with his wife and two children. He believes in delivering exceptional care through thorough co-diagnosis and treatment planning, ensuring that every patient’s goals are clearly defined and met. Dr. Palmer values open communication and long-term relationships, always encouraging patients to share their thoughts and ask questions. He believes that investing in dental care today can yield lasting benefits for a lifetime.

Dr. David Reagan, originally from Southern California, has lived and worked in Moreno Valley for over 20 years with his wife, Renee. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology from Loma Linda University and earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the same institution.

With over 40 years of experience in the field, Dr. Reagan has built a practice centered on comprehensive family dental care, offering the highest quality conservative treatments for prevention, restoration, and cosmetic needs. He is dedicated to continually expanding his knowledge and skills, ensuring his patients receive the most advanced, comfortable, and personalized care available.

Dr. Reagan's focus is on patient satisfaction and comfort. He approaches every patient with the same care and attention he would give to his own family, taking time to perform thorough evaluations and addressing both immediate concerns and long-term oral health goals to help improve smiles and confidence.

Dr. Reagan is an esteemed member of several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Tri-County Dental Society, and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.

When he’s not practicing dentistry, Dr. Reagan enjoys spending time with his family and friends, boating on Lake Mead, RV camping, off-roading in his Rhino, and tackling home improvement projects such as gardening and building.

Dr. Todd Bringhurst graduated *magna cum laude* with his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the UNLV School of Dental Medicine. Following his graduation, he was commissioned as an officer in the United States Navy Dental Corps. During his military service, Dr. Bringhurst completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program, deployed with the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, and served at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, providing care for wounded service members. He is an active member of the American Dental Association and has pursued advanced training in endodontics, oral surgery, and periodontics through numerous postdoctoral courses.

Dr. Bringhurst is dedicated to delivering exceptional dental care and prioritizes making every patient feel comfortable and at ease during their visit. He takes pride in creating a positive, stress-free environment where patients can receive the best possible care. Outside of his practice, Dr. Bringhurst enjoys spending time with his wife and their five children, cherishing family moments and personal time.
