The staff is very comforting and personable. Dr. Kaufman patiently answers questions and discusses any concerns. It’s great to get your teeth cleaned here. The hygienist is professional, gentle, and knowledgeable. Dr. Mangiaracina is an exceptional dentist. My wife and I have had positive experiences every time we’ve been. This morning, I had a cavity/filling work and didn’t experience any pain whatsoever. That’s a first in my 50 years of experience. The entire staff is remarkable. They conduct themselves professionally and the office is clean and inviting. I’m glad to have found Dr. Concetta Mangiaracina. I highly recommend her practice.

I have neglected to go to the dentist for about six years now. Just a few months ago one of my crowns broke, so I had to find the courage and make the appointment. I saw online reviews of Dr. Sandhu that seem way too good to be true, but they were right down the road from me, so I made the appointment. The moment I walked into Westbury Smile Center I felt at ease. I always remember feeling rushed when I’ve been in dentists office previously. They remained very punctual, but they took their time and made you feel at home. The dentist didn’t bounce around to different patients; it seemed as if my appointment was the time she completely dedicated to me. She examined my broken crown and told me the process it would take to replace it, and the price to do so post insurance. I was shocked that it wasn’t much more. During the entire process of the exam, cleaning, a filling or two, and the repaired crown, I felt no pain whatsoever. This clinic seems entirely dedicated to customer service. After I left there, I felt relieved to have come across Dr. Sandhu, and I got the dental care I needed. I will continue to go to this clinic for my checkups and cleanings. For as much time Dr. Sandhu is at this clinic, I will be a patient here.

This is the best dentist office in the Kensington area in Pennsylvania. Everyone there is very professional, everyone shook my hand during introductions. A week after my visit a card that summarized my visit and even mentioned some of the personal stuff I brought up on it came in the mail. They really know their stuff there and are willing to go through everything with you. When I had my 1st root canal done Dr. Jacob was able to show me where the problem with my tooth was on an IPad. After my crown prep appointment, Dr. Jacob called me personally to check up on me and make sure I wasn’t in any pain. As someone in healthcare, I can say that these personal touches really matter because they make the patient feel important like they’re not just another patient. This dentist office in Philadelphia is great. There is another one that is closer to where I live, but I have to go to this one because of how great everyone is there.
