I love Dr. Mehta! It is a small dentist practice in Houston, TX, so I never feel rushed, and they treat you like family here. I always feel comfortable here. They don’t have the best hours, but I have always been able to make an appointment for one or two weeks beforehand. Dr. Mehta is knowledgeable and friendly, and so are his dental tech and assistant. The office is spotless and never too cold or too warm, which is a problem I see a lot of medical offices have. They have large windows that let in a lot of natural light. I’ve already recommended this place to all my friends and family.

Prestigious Smiles Dentistry in Houston is the most efficiently run dentist office I’ve ever seen! It’s never crazy in there, and check-in and check-out are so simple. They’ve got enough receptionists, technicians, and hygienists to handle all their patients. It’s very relaxing and homey, and everyone is kind and timely. I saw Dr. Zarghouni for about ten minutes, and the remainder of my visit, I was getting X-rays and a cleaning done. My two teenage kids were with me, and I could see them at all times. Checkout was so easy, and they handled my insurance - I left without having to pay anything out of pocket. Super fast and simple! What more could you ask from a dentist office? Thank you to whoever manages and designed this office and the procedures - it’s very patient-focused!

This Katy dentist office did a tooth extraction for me. The staff and office are all very nice. Dr. Kuti’s top priority was my comfort and he made sure I was numb before doing the procedure. I felt almost no pain. They called me the next day to make sure I was doing OK and to see if I had any questions. They emailed follow-up home care instructions, which have been very helpful. They’ve provided great care from the moment I walked and even into the next day with the follow up. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you!

Dr. Nguyen and his staff at Heritage Dental in Katy are like long-time friends - I’ve been going there for more than a decade! I get excited to see them and always get the best dental care. Also, my husband has been going there since he was very young, and I had no idea! It’s the best dental office, and their work speaks for itself. If anyone on the team has a terrible day, they don’t let it show!

Adults are not the only ones who benefit from routine dental treatment. Adolescents require regular checkups and cleanings as well, and they need to be monitored by a dental professional for signs of threats to their oral health. This could include dental misalignment, or for teens, the eruption of the wisdom teeth. If you need to book an online appointment a family dentist in Houston, TX with experience helping little smiles, then Doctors Network is ready to help you.

Checkups and cleanings should begin as soon as all twenty baby teeth erupt, and continue every six months. These visits enable your Houston pediatric dentist to monitor smiles as they grow, and if areas of concern develop, such as tooth decay, or gingivitis, then treatment might be required. In addition, kids can often receive fluoride treatments to strengthen the outer enamel of their dentition and prevent tooth decay. Sealants, which coat the occlusal surfaces of the posterior teeth, can protect teeth for years to come. In fact, sealants can protect the teeth as long as a decade in some cases.

If you are searching for family dentists in Houston who can provide children’s dentistry, let us know. We want to help you find the right dental care provider. With routine care kids not only enjoy healthy and strong smiles, but they also understand the importance of regular care. Checkups and cleanings can start them on the path to a lifetime of healthy gums and teeth. All of it starts with that first consultation. So, use our search tool to find the right dentist for you and your family!

If you have a toothache, or a tooth that is chipped, you need dental care. Otherwise, the tooth could develop caries and infections. Soon, there is a risk of not only missing teeth, but a spread of infection to other areas of the jaw. But sometimes, the cavity is beyond the stage to be treated with a tooth filling or a root canal. Instead, the tooth could require an extraction. At Doctors Network, our team can help you book a visit with a skilled dentist in Houston, TX who can provide a effective tooth extraction as needed.

As we touched on above, cavities or injury could be why a tooth needs extraction. But a dentist could also remove one that is loosened by gum disease. Removing a tooth could improve bite balance and chewing function. Extraction could also provide room for treatment with braces! In many cases, this could prevent wisdom tooth impaction. Removing wisdom teeth prior to eruption helps preserve the balance and appearance of your smile. For people with advanced tooth loss, removing the last few teeth essentially paves the way for a full prosthetic. Your Houston dentist could use the extraction to improve the function and health of your smile.

Now that you understand when and why a tooth may need an extraction, how do you seek care for one? Well, as mentioned above Doctors Network can locate a dentist in the Houston, TX area. But if you don’t have a dental plan, you may worry about the cost. Fortunately, we have a payment plan! Our dental membership plan is opened with an initial fee and maintained with a small fee each month. For some, this could discount care by up to 90%!

You probably know a lot of people who have had their wisdom tooth pulled and are eager to divulge their story to you. While this can be helpful, it is still necessary to consult with a oral surgeon. If you need your wisdom teeth removed, it is best to have lots of information at your disposal. This will help you understand what to expect from the procedure and what you should expect from the dentist. Luckily, Doctors Network can help you connect with a great dentist near you in Houston, TX that accepts new patients.

Wisdom teeth are in the back of the mouth, and there is one on each quadrant. They typically appear between seventeen and twenty-five. Because they come in later than the rest of your teeth, their appearance can cause problems with your existing ones. They can erupt at odd directions, only partially come in, or overcrowd your existing teeth. When this occurs, they are likely to succumb to abscess and infections. If any of these conditions take place, it can be very painful and can harm your existing teeth. If you think you might have complications with wisdom teeth, it is important to see a Houston oral surgery specialist hastily.

If you do need wisdom tooth extraction, your doctor will determine how they will go about the extraction to ensure everything goes smoothly. They will determine how many of your teeth need to be removed and how complex it could get. They will also assess the appropriate type of anesthesia and the condition of your existing teeth and nerve. Once they ascertain these facts, they can plan your wisdom teeth extraction more easily. When you come in for the procedure, you will receive the appropriate sedation, so you will not experience discomfort. Your dentist will extract your teeth and look after you the entire time to make sure you are doing well. Once your wisdom teeth are removed, you will be provided with information about the recovery period. Fortunately, there are many Houston dentists that accept new patients and can skillfully remove your wisdom teeth.

It is paramount for your little ones to visit a pediatric dentist every six months for dental visits and cleanings. By teaching your kids preventative measures to protect their teeth, you are ensuring that they have the skills to have healthy smiles for many years. If you are looking for a dental office in Houston who accepts patients with no dental coverge, you are on the right website.

In addition to offering biannual dental checkups and cleanings, pediatric dentists on Doctors Network also provide your kid with dental sealants. Sealants are thin layers of film that go on top of their back teeth. They work as a protective film that forms a barrier between their molars and germs. This ultimately prevents the risk of infection by up to 80%. It is a simple treatment that is very effective at preventing cavities in the future.

Fluoride treatments are another great tool that your pediatric dentists provide. Fluoride is a natural mineral that helps fortify your children’s enamel layer. While enamel is one of the most protective substances our bodies produce, it can still weaken over time. When this occurs, your little one’s teeth become more susceptible to dental caries. This procedure helps mitigate this damage. Using fluoride toothpaste can also help. To learn more, please schedule an appointment with one of our network dental professionals in Houston.

Many folks would be ecstatic to have a whiter smile. When you venture down the aisles of any drug store, you see myriad products that tout their teeth whitening abilities. If you have used any of these, you know that they almost always provide unsatisfying results. However, professional teeth whitening can actually give you a brighter smile. If you are looking for a dentist in Houston, TX that works with patients with no dental insurance, we can help you find one that offers professional whitening.

When you visit your Houston dental practice, they can provide you with either an in-office or at-home treatment. If you choose the in-office treatment, you will have brighter teeth within about an hour. For this option, your dentist will apply a gel solution to your teeth that they will then activate with a special light, to remove stains.

If you would prefer to choose an at-home treatment, your dentist will give you a set of custom trays that you can fill up with a safe peroxide or bleaching solution. You will put these on for a few hours each day for about 2 weeks. Once this treatment is done, you will have a brighter smile. If you would like to schedule a consultation with a Houston dentist that takes patients with no dental insurance, we can help you find the best ones.

From 1836 to 1845, Texas was its own independent nation, and it is the only state to have joined the U.S. through treaty rather than territorial annexation. Today, it is home to nearly 28 million people, making it the second most populous state (next to California) as well as the second largest (next to Alaska). Known as the Lone Star State, Texas’ independence and spirit has persevered throughout its history, and today’s Texans continue to do things their way. When it comes to dental health care, that means offering families across the state highly affordable alternatives to dental insurance through direct plans. Provided by your dentist in partnership with Doctors Network, a direct dental plan guarantees significant savings on all treatments that your dentist and oral health specialists provide, and it works whether or not you already have insurance coverage.
