Dr. DiMiceli is so caring, he's going to be my regular dentist here in San Antonio now! I called his office because I had a terrible tooth pain and my frequent doctor had no urgent contact data on his office voicemail. I was very afraid to have this operation performed (emergency root canal), but Dr. DiMiceli was so lovely and soothing, and most importantly got rid of all the pain that evening! I had a toothache for a couple of days and the suffering got worse and worse. I called Dr. DiMiceli on a friend's advice after another dentist's office informed me that I would have to wait a week and a half for an appointment despite the reality that my suffering was getting worse. Dr. DiMiceli office employees are so polite at New Dawn Dental. I called at 4:00 and I was planned for an interview at 6:30 that same afternoon!!! They collaborated with my timetable to make sure the time was ok for me. I went back to the exam room as quickly as I arrived and Dr. DiMiceli went in immediately. He was patient and worked to find the cause of my pain. If you want a dentist's department in San Antonio that really matters, Dr. DiMiceli and his employees are for you.

I had a dental issue and was able to get in on a Saturday. The office is well-equipped and professional, although you might not get that impression just by looking at the outside. I got to see the dentist who owned the place, which I was surprised by on a Saturday. Dr. DiMiceli made sure to thoroughly answer my questions, fixed the problem I was having, and he was very kind. I’m so lucky they were open on the weekend, and I would recommend this place to anyone who has problems getting to the dentist in San Antonio because of scheduling.

I was nervous about finding a new dentist after I moved to San Antonio, Texas because I’d had the same dentist for over 25 years. New Dawn Dental took my Cigna PPO dental insurance plan, and after doing research on doctors network I decided it was the place for me. I’m so glad I found this place. I went in for the first time a week ago and had a teeth cleaning done. The dental hygienist was great. She was kind and took time to explain everything thoroughly. She made me feel relaxed. The dentist also went through everything thoroughly and made me comfortable too. I’m so glad it was this easy to find my new permanent dentist office. If you hate the dentist you should check this place out.

I’ve only been a patient here for a couple months, but I’m so happy to have found my permanent dentist. The hygienist and she is very knowledgeable and always walks through things with me and answers all my questions. She hilarious too. She says I have a bird’s mouth because it’s so small. LOL. Dr. DiMiceli is wonderful. I have a fear of needles, but he is always patient with me and tries to make me feel as comfortable as possible. I had a cavity on one of my back teeth. He wants to pull it because it’s the very last tooth in the back of my mouth and it is apparently titled towards my cheek a little bit. I was very worried about this but he helped me feel calm and comfortable about it. I decided that I would have it filled than pulled, and he’s willing to do whatever I want, which is awesome. He truly does listen to his patients, which I find to be rare in dentists in San Antonio, TX. The girls in the front desk are awesome. They are willing to help me work around my schedule to make an appointment, and they are always able to explain what my what payment will be. Anyone looking for a great dentist in San Antonio this office is for you.
