The staff in this wonderful, home-like office is awesome! You can really tell they love their jobs, they’re very caring and easy to talk to. The Doctor is amazing as well. She walks through everything you’d need to know during the procedure in detail, and she makes sure to answer any question you may have. She treats you like a human being rather than just another patient, and won’t try to get you to leave quickly if you have questions or concerns, unlike other places. You never have to wait long, and these people will even skip out on their lunch break if you can’t make any other time work, although I do wish they were open on weekends and/or for extended hours. Dr. Laditan has found a new life-time patient in me.

I love Dr. Laditan and her staff. They do an awesome job. The wait time is never long, the front staff is very nice, and the practitioners are very knowledgeable. I talked to her about doing Invisalign about 2 years ago to correct some spacing and rotation problems. I was having bite issues and I didn’t like the way my mouth looked. After the work was done I couldn’t believe how much my appearance and bite had improved. Dr. Laditan was willing to work with me on something that would work for my unique situation, and for that, I will always be grateful. I switched dentists and started seeing Dr. Laditan about a year ago, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. She makes you feel like a human being rather than just another patient. She is willing to explain everything she’s doing to make you feel comfortable. When she gives a recommendation for work that she can’t do in her office she gives out plenty of information so that you can make a decision, but she’s not pushy about where to go. There’s no surprise cost with Dr. Laditan, everything is upfront and honest. Her assistant is very caring and can help you with the Doctors Network dental plan. I always know what my out of pocket cost will be. I drive all the way out to Dr. Laditan in San Antonio, TX even though my former dentist is in my neighborhood, that’s how great she is. I always had a fear of the dentist, but thanks to Dr. Laditan I'm no longer afraid. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now. She makes you feel comfortable and is so gentle that you don’t feel any pain. If you’re someone who can’t stand the noise of dental tools they offer headphones and you can watch Netflix or anything you want. If you’re afraid of the dentist you should definitely check this place out.
