Everyone can join for a low monthly fee of $29.99 and a one-time activation fee of the equal amount. The cost of membership is typically a fraction of most dental insurance premiums.
Patients who sign up for a direct dental plan through our office in Patchogue can attend routine preventive exams and cleanings for only $25 per visit. This includes X-rays, when necessary, and the cost does not change no matter how many times you visit per year. When cosmetic or restorative treatment is required, the costs of your treatment will be discounted by up to 90%, including fillings, dental crowns, dental implants, Invisalign® and more.

The staff is very kind here. Their TVs let you watch anything, even a basketball game that’s going on in the Southeast. They even give you stress balls to help you relax. It definitely helps when you’re getting your teeth scraped. I miss Sachem Dental Group a lot since I recently moved out of Patchogue, NY. I’ve recommended this place to a lot of friends.
I hate the dentist and have a huge fear of going, but Dr. Schorr office has a very comfortable atmosphere, especially compared to other places I’ve been. All of the staff members were very nice. His prices are affordable and he even accepts Care Credit, which is very nice. This place is so much better than any of the other places in Suffolk I’ve checked out. He has the latest and greatest in technology, nothing like I’ve ever seen in any other office. He has a wide variety of options for sedation, and he took the time to listen to my questions and concerns. He explained everything thoroughly so that I would feel comfortable. I had a root canal done last week, and it was way less painful than any other procedure I’ve gotten done at other places. This place is the best, they provide high-quality service and make their patients feel comfortable. The other dentists seem just as nice as Dr. Schorr. I never felt rushed while I was here, and he was very patient with me. He made sure I was comfortable the entire time I was there, and I experienced very little pain. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dentist.
Dr. Schorr and the staff at the Patchogue location made my cleaning super easy. I called in to see if I could do a walk-in appointment on my day off from work and was seen 15 minutes after I called.
