I was looking on Doctors Network for a new dentist and stumbled upon Optima Family Dental in Lincolnwood, IL. They had great reviews, so I figured I’d try them out. I called and they got me in really quickly. I was also really happy that they scheduled me with Dr. Yoseph because I read a lot of great reviews about her specifically. For my first visit, they planned on doing an initial evaluation, xrays, and a cleaning, but after taking the xrays, I told Dr. Yoseph that my old filling cracked. She fixed it right on the spot instead of having me do the cleaning because I really needed the filling. She was worried it would develop a deep cavity or something worse. I was so impressed that she fixed it right then. Most dentists I’ve been to have made me schedule another appointment and come back later to fix it. I was very upfront with them and said that I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with other dentists. Dr. Yoseph made sure she was careful. She made me feel relaxed and kept checking in during the procedure to make sure I was okay. A couple of days after that first appointment, I went back for the cleaning and had another fantastic experience. Dr. Yoseph and her staff deserve 10 stars for sure! You’ll see me again!

I had a very stressful dental emergency in Lincolnwood, but Dr. Yoseph and her staff handled it like true professionals and made me feel a lot calmer about the whole thing. My daughter needed an emergency root canal. We’d been to another dentist and they really messed up her teeth, she had recurring abscesses, and her face kept swelling up like a balloon. We even had to go to the ER. Dr. Yoseph was extremely helpful and got in on the Monday after a very stressful weekend with my daughter. She was very thorough and kind. She made my daughter laugh, and she had awesome bedside manners. My daughter was very infected, it took 3 visits to finally get rid of the abscesses. I can’t thank Dr. Yoseph and her staff enough. She got rid of the infection and saved her tooth. We’re changing dentists now because of how awesome she is, and I’m going to recommend him to everyone I know.
