Let me start by saying that my teeth haven’t been this clean in quite a while. I got my first cleaning at Jacob Orbach DDS in Fresh Meadows, NY yesterday, and they still look so beautiful! I never miss a dentist appointment, ever, but this was my first time seeing Dr. Orbach. He really dazzled me! His staff was super warm and inviting, and he was so helpful and through. He showed me close-up pictures of my teeth, and I almost passed out when I saw them! I thought I was doing a great job maintaining my teeth health, but the pictures said otherwise. After seeing that, I feel like my last dentist just wanted my money because they never said anything about my fillings deteriorating. It’s like my old dentist was just going to let my teeth fall out of my mouth! Overall, I’d highly recommend Dr. Orbach’s office. I can’t wait to go back to get my mouth repaired. I’ve been going to Jacob Orbach DDS for a long time. When I moved, I went to another dentist in Fresh Meadows, NY that was closer to home, but it didn’t work out. There’s no other dentist like Dr. Orbach. He has great chairside manners and is careful and sympathetic. He always listens to me and explains things so that I can understand them. He’s a top-notch dentist! The time I spent away from him was too long, and my teeth hurt all the time. I went back, and he gave me a filling and my first crown. He took the best care of me and helped get my oral health on the right path. He’s a wonderful, trustworthy dentist who really cares about his patients. The staff here is great. I lost my delta dental insurance, so a lot of places would have charged me an arm and a leg but this place didn't. They offer Doctors Network that has made me able to cut my out of pocket cost by using the plan. I can’t thank them enough for understanding my situation and helping me out. He gave me an antibiotic and an extra strength ibuprofen to help with pain, and I was pain-free for the rest of my vacation. I then got my root canal and crown taken care of back at home.
