I’ve been with Dr. Harold Stern’s office for years. I just love how helpful and knowledgeable the staff is. Dr. Stern and staff always make sure the office is kept spick and span too! They’re patient and answer every question, even if I have a million! They go far beyond your average teeth cleaning. They are the best of the best in Forest Hills!!

After hearing our old dentist retired, we searched until we stumbled upon Dr. Stern. He does it all! He is kind, and he has great communication skills. The service at Dr. Stern’s office in Forest Hills is great. I couldn’t get into the first clinic I visited, and it was going to be another two weeks for a root canal. But, Dr. Stern was able to get me in soon and he was so amazing. I didn’t even feel any pain! I was fixed up and ready to go within an hour, and I am so happy. The workspace is so clean at the clinic and I really appreciate the knowledgeable and friendly staff. This really was a great dentistry experience.

My experience here at Dr. Stern’s office, was the best I have had in Forest Hills! This dentist office is more like a spa than a normal dentist office. Dr. Stern was kind and welcomed me to the late walk-in appointment I had on a Friday. Dr. Stern provided an excellent, full-service dental appointment. It included a dental cleaning, check-up, X-rays, fluoride varnish and mouthwash. The doctor was informative and showed me pictures of my teeth. He also addressed potential issues. The exam chair was comfortable. I recommend these professional personable and passionate team. The office has state of the art equipment, is spacious, clean and new.

I really enjoy Dr. Stern’s office in Forest Hills, and I recommend it to all of my friends and family. They do a fantastic job and the price is right. The staff here is personable, and they work on schedule. They’re so fast, I never have to wait longer than 15 minutes to be seen. When I had a scheduling issue where I didn’t appear on the schedule, they were quick to accommodate me and saw me right away. The doctor treated the tooth sensitivity I was having and cleaned my teeth. They actually did it all in one appointment, so I didn’t have to have a second one. Dr. Harold is a good dentist. He answers all of my questions and explains any issues that I might have.

Dr. Stern’s office is a must for Forest Hills residents. My husband recommended them to me when I was new to the area, and they were so helpful. I didn’t have insurance, and they still scheduled me for a consultation. As soon as I met the crew here, I felt comfortable working with them. Even though I had not been to a dentist in more than 10 years, I knew that they would be able to help me. When I got insurance, I was so excited to go back. Now, I have been a few times and it has been without a hitch. I recommend visiting them for any dental work that you need done.

As a regular patron of Dr. Stern’s, I have had many operations done by them. I wouldn’t trust any other dentist to handle my dental issues, especially considering the emotional investment they put into the lives and well-being of their patients. The workers at Dr. Stern’s location in Forest Hills have made efforts to contribute to both my well-being and the well-being of the community, which explains why the staff is so friendly and close-knit. Their work is even more phenomenal because of this. They are used to working with each other and it shows. As a patient, I trust them and Dr. Stern because they genuinely care, their equipment is very modern and well-kept, and the work itself is perfectly done. I can’t imagine moving too far away from Forest Hills, because I could never find another dentist’s office that cares about me as much as he does.

Nobody likes going to the dentist. Correction: nobody used to like going to the dentist. Dr. Stern’s office over in Forest Hills works to make the experience as good as it can possibly be, and then some. Their equipment is very state-of-the-art, their staff is confident in using the technology, and everybody makes sure that their patient understands the terms and methods being used. Even though Dr. Stern isn’t the closest dentist’s office to me, the drive is well worth it for the positive atmosphere and overall experience!

I am not a big fan of dentists, but I needed to find one in Forest Hills since the pain started. I thought it would take a long time to make an appointment, but Dr. Stern’s office was able to get me in later that day. It was all very simple and the staff walked me through it all. Dr. Stern himself took care of the tooth extraction and made sure I felt no pain at all. Let me say again, I hate the dentist. But I do love Dr. Stern!!!

Dr. Stern is so great and truly feels like an old friend when I see him, though I’ve only been going here for a few years and only see him twice a year. I absolutely adore Dr. Harold Stern. He takes the time to explain exactly what he is doing before and during procedures, is extremely patient, and overall just a super caring dentist. He talks to you during any procedures you have to have done. Also, he makes sure you won’t ever feel the anesthetic. Since they don’t overbook, you’ll get into your appointment on time and they pay close attention to you. This is the only dental office in Forest Hills or me! Truly awesome!
