I had a wonderful experience here at Brooklyn Dental in Brooklyn, NY! My hygienist was very nice and helpful in explaining everything to me. Every little thing that needed to be done, from the gum evaluation to the x-ray, they explained how and why it was being done. I had a chip on my front tooth, and when Dr. Aaron Moskowitz came to see me he said I didn’t have to do anything about it, but he gave me options as to how we could proceed if I so chose to do so. I hadn’t been to a dentist in 2 years because I have anxiety, and the last time I saw a dentist, I was told that I had gum disease and multiple cavities. My hygienist was amazing. She talked to me and explained everything she was doing, which helped my anxiety. Even with the amount of tartar on my teeth, it was virtually painless. My gums aren’t as sore as previous experiences. They did not scold me like other dentists I’ve had and were very kind. They even told me that I didn’t need any extra work and that my previous dentist was trying to perform unnecessary procedures. My teeth feel and look tons better. When I arrived, the staff greeted me, had me fill out some forms, and then got me into an x-ray room right away. The x-ray technician explained everything in a professional manner and then took the x-rays of my teeth in about 10 minutes’ time. The tech then brought me to an exam room where Dr. Moskowitz informed me that I had no cavities. Then, the hygienist tested my gums, which were perfect. Then the manager talked to me and told me that insurance was paying for my visit and that they were ready to start cleaning my teeth. I felt like I was on top of the world. But then my least favorite part came: the cleaning. It felt like the hygienist was pressure washing my teeth, and though I was skeptical, she didn’t have to scrape on my teeth as much. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I will continue to visit Brooklyn Dental.

Dr. Moskowitz helped us out so much last week, and I couldn’t be more thankful! Last Wednesday, my mother cracked her denture in half at supper. She’s elderly, has dementia, and hasn’t been seen by many people without her medication. I had a dental appointment the following morning and brought my mother with me. Dr. Moskowitz immediately brought the dentures to the lab so that they could fix them. Even though the office wasn’t open the next day, Dr. Moskowitz picked up the dentures from the lab and personally delivered them, so she wouldn’t have to go all weekend without them. Not only is he a skilled dentist, but he’s also so compassionate. All the staff at Brooklyn Dental in Brooklyn are very competent and so nice.

Hands down, the best dental office visit I’ve ever had was at Brooklyn Dental in Brooklyn. I’ve had a lot of less-than-stellar dentists in the past, but Dr. Moskowitz at Brooklyn Dental far exceed their competition. From my first appoint to my latest, it’s always been a great atmosphere with detail-oriented staff. They gave me a pillow to rest my head and had coffee and water, headphones for music, and TVs in the waiting room and the back rooms, so you don’t even notice what they’re doing. Complete with the most caring staff, they provide first-class dental service.

I looked everywhere for a good dentist, but it wasn’t until my cousin recommended Brooklyn Dental in Brooklyn that I decided to try them out. The reason I was looking for a great dentist was because I needed someone who could take my crooked and bad teeth and turn them into a handsome smile. He was able to salvage all my teeth except for three front bottom teeth, but they’re helping me get my beautiful smile, which will be finished in January. I had a terrible experience at the dental office down the street and told myself I would never come back. Then after some research I found Brooklyn Dental in Brooklyn Heights, and I’m so glad I did. They are the most friendly and kind medical staff I’ve ever met. The front desk women know me by name and are very nice, and Dr. Moskowitz and his staff are true professionals who treat their patients as people rather than just another body in the chair. Brooklyn Dental has a great staff. I went there for the first time when I wanted a second opinion because I was having a lot of pain in a lower front tooth. My former dentist in Queens told me I needed a root canal after taking a poor quality x-ray. I’m so glad I went to Dr. Moskowitz for a second opinion. He had to take another x-ray because of the poor quality of the other one. He explained why my tooth was causing me problems and said it was likely caused by trauma in the past. I did need a root canal, but my tooth was infected and it had to be treated with antibiotics before anything was done because an infection could spread to my blood. So he prescribed me some painkillers and an antibiotic and I was told to come back in a couple of days. He did a great job numbing the area, I couldn’t feel a thing. I’ve never had painless invasive dental work in Brooklyn Heights before, I was amazed. My teeth have been in perfect shape ever since. I can’t thank Dr. Moskowitz enough.

This place is the best. I hate the dentist, and haven’t been in a long time. But then I found this place. I’m 6 weeks pregnant, and my health is really important to me, so I wanted to make sure my gums and teeth were looking healthy. I found this place after seeing it worked with my delta dental on ny insurance and it’s close to my house in Brooklyn Heights. I feel lucky to have found this place. The dentist is awesome, Dr. Moskowitz and his assistant were very nice. They did a thorough cleaning and understood why I didn’t want an x-ray. They were nice, easy to talk to, and professional. I hope to live in Downtown Brooklyn a long time so that I can keep coming here. My teeth look and feel awesome, I highly recommend this place.
