Brockton Family Dental had a lot of great Doctors Network reviews, which is why my husband and I decided to check it out. The dental hygienist was kind, and usually, the teeth X-rays hurt. My eyes would water when the slides rubbed into my gums and when I’d have to bite down on them, but they only took three pictures with no pain. It was so fast, too! The cleaning was painless, and Dr. Bae was so awesome. They had a lot of new, advanced equipment, and they took before and after pictures of my teeth to show me after the cleaning. They also let you watch TV while you got your teeth cleaned. I will be back, and I’ll be sure to tell all my friends in Brockton, MA about them!

The hygienist was prompt and took me back right when my appointment was scheduled. She was careful, pleasant, and detail oriented. Dr. Bae did my exam, and he was just as nice. For a couple of weeks, I had some sharp mouth pain. It got so bad that I could barely eat, drink or sleep. I couldn’t stand the pain much longer, so I called Brockton Family Dental (in Brockton, MA) who fit me in the same day! When I arrived, the receptionist was kind and inviting, and they didn’t make me wait too long to be seen. They took an X-ray to try to figure out what was wrong with my tooth. Turns out, I had an awful cavity and needed a root canal, so Dr. Bae did the procedure, which couldn’t have gone better despite taking 2 hours. They kept me entertained while he was drilling my tooth, and after all that, I’ll definitely go back for my annual cleaning! I’ve never been to a dental office where the staff was this helpful and kind!

I have had terrible experiences in the past with dentists telling me I needed procedures that I didn’t need at all. I had one dentist in Plymouth County tell me I needed to replace a bunch of filings that didn’t need to be replaced at all. Dr. Bae doesn’t BS you or try to squeeze extra money out of you.
